Default Dinosaur-shaped tree spotted by rambler in Norfolk

Property developer Spike Malin and his wife Debbie were out walking in Alby, Norfolk, when they came across the 35ft homage to the infamous cannibal.

After being battered by high winds over the winter months, the ivy-covered tree appears to have taken the shape of a T.Rex.

The trees foliage perfectly resembles the prehistoric lizard's scaly green skin, while two exposed branches appear strikingly similar to the beast's trademark tiny arms.

Mr Malin admitted he was shocked by the tree's similarity to the dinosaur, saying: 'I could not believe it when I first saw it. The tree is amazing it looks so much like a T-Rex.

'My wife and I looked at it each other in shock and just thought that's an amazing picture.

'I can't quite believe just how much it looks like a dinosaur.'

The 50-year-old amateur snapper has since given the tree a special nickname.

'It's been nicknamed Tree-Rex,' he revealed. 'It is even completely covered in ivy, which gives the appearance of skin and it looks like it has been blown into shape by the wind.

'The chances of this happening must be so slim.'

It comes weeks after the discovery of a tree in Essex formed in the shape of loveable alien E.T.
