Scott must have had the least votes because Conor wasted his money voting for Ashleigh. He probably realized that he wasn't willing to spend enough to save her and so started asking for help on twitter. Now he's angry, all because he was too silly to realize that the money he was willing to use on Ashleigh wouldn't be enough.
