I think she's always been like that. Sugary coating on top and bitter and hard underneath. She's very competitive and hates to lose, which is fine as no-one enjoys losing. But she annoys me so much because she's so insincere and loads the gun for someone else to fire and get the blame for, then in comes the earth mother to comfort and make everyone think how wonderful she is. Horrible woman.
