Okay, so here's how it works. Each housemate gets 5 points to distribute between two housemates. Nominations were done in the nominations chamber between 2012-2013 (see below), a room which contained a soundproof perspex box. This meant that all of the housemates could see the housemate nominating, though they could only see their back. However, in last years series all nominations were done in the Diary Room.
After every eviction interview, the evictee gets to choose one housemate to receive the nominations superpower. This can range from being able to double one housemates nominations points without them knowing to being able to void a housemates nominations entirely.
