Has anyone ever endured the horrible, horrible pain that is cramp?
I got it this morning (as in Saturday morning  ) at about 7am, and I woke up literally screaming in agony.It still aches a little, and is really irritating to walk with. But I get it very rarely (about once a month or two) and it usually isn't too much of a problem. Is there anybody else who agrees that cramp is pure evil?
