Thats not what he said. He said Obama and HRC were literally the founders. Have you seen someone post that on the forum? THe conservative radio show host Hugh Hewitt tried to get him to say what you're saying but no he doubled down and repeated that they 'literally' founded ISIS. He's since repeated it about a dozen times but now claims he was being sarcastic.

Your 2nd paragraph - People are always shocked by what Trump says so I'm not sure what you're trying to say. Is this the worse thing he said? Possibly not but it is one of the crazyest and most stupid. I feel you're trying to say something here. Care to expand?
