Most of us do this too...if we feel we might be a bit biased for whatever reason we report it instead of actually deleting or whatever. I once went through a phase of not deleteing/infracting one certain member as he got on my tits so much I felt like banning him everytime he posted so it wasn't fair for me to actually deal with him myself
