Has anyone done this? I have done two sessions so far and they have been challenging but I always feel amazing afterwards. I am a bit self conscious about stretching and exercising in public but the weather is going to be crap again for a while so there should be less people at the park.

I am not really doing it to lose weight, I just want to get a bit better at running and be more active in general.

There are a lot of free apps and podcasts that will tell you when to walk and run, you build up slowly each week. I use an android app called C25K while listening to the White Girls Workout playlist on Spotify, it's great, I love how it tells me how many runs I have left in the 30 minute stretch etc..
