Melinda was right about saying he could become addicted, sounds like he is well on his way already if plastic surgery is he way of getting a 'pick up'.

I thought it was very telling that he agreed to televised counselling too but had never thought about it prior...perhaps I am wrong but it seems a bit like he's just chasing his youth more than anything.
