It’s basically just a visualisation technique to promote PMA.
Positive mental attitude and goal setting give the human mind motivation to strive.It gets people taking baby steps in the right direction to achieve what they want.Afterall if you wait for good fortune to arrive at your door rather than setting yourself on the right path,It very rarely comes.
The universe stuff is just a way to frame it.
