I remember the days when Aer Lingus were the only way to get to Ireland by air... 400.00 roundtrip! I will sit on the wing if it costs 70.00 I think for people living outside Ireland they have been a lifeline, when my Mum was ill I was going backwards and forwards every month or so and they were a Godsend, sometimes I got there and back for 40.00
