Asthma
It's that time of year again when my asthma really kicks in and starts to affect my every day life, for example, I wake up and need to use it, if I take a walk outside I need to use it (if it's cold) or if I make some kind of sudden movement I sometimes need it. It makes me incredibly vulnerable to catching colds and 'flu, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
Anybody else suffer from asthma, to what extent, and how do you cope during winter?
