![]() Wetherspoons slaps two-drink rule on parents who bring kids to pub Wetherspoons has slapped a two-drink rule on parents who visit pubs with their children. Parents were angered after a poster stating the policy was put up at a Wetherspoons pub after children were said to be running around "uncontrollably". However, it has emerged that this a nationwide policy and pub managers can stop any customer buying more than two alcoholic drinks each, if they have kids with them. The poster was seen in a pub in Gravesend, Kent, last week, but has since been removed, reports The Mirror. The poster said: "As part of our licensing it is our responsibility to ensure that we are protecting children from harm. "Therefore adults in charge of children will be allowed to have one alcoholic drink and a further alcoholic drink with a sit down meal." https://www.dailypost.co.uk/whats-on...-rule-17622413 I dont go to pubs but are there kids running around in there? How weird |
