Saw today how rubber bullets are MEANT to be shot at the ground, and then bounce up to hit the legs of the target. The police however are using them unsafely by firing them at faces and eyes, they’re harder than they look and causing permanent damage to people. If fired at short range to the body they have the power to break ribs, and firing them at the head can be fatal.
