Our town is small but has its fair share of fame, Craig Phillips who won BB, Jeremy Corbyn who went to the local grammar school as did Simon Bates (DJ) Ozzy Osborne brought a wine bar here (its still called Ozzys), Roy Wood (Wizard) also lived nearby and now we have a 'Who wants to be a millionaire' winner ,first for 14 years, he is a teacher at the same grammar school ,which bodes well for my nephew as he is a pupil at the same school , so fingers crossed for him,
does anyone else have well known people in or from their area ?
