So everyone PM's me a list of 5 pairs of members who they think are similar in some way (with reasons) and thus could be siblings...
The ones who get paired the most could be 3 pairs, 5, 10, depends how consistently people are paired) get listed for a vote (with some of the reasons, no mean ones). These pairs are ALL declared TIBBLINGS! The pair with the most votes are declared Tibby Twins and have won at Tibb  No opt outs. Full disclosure; it will be poorly organised.
