There was a conversation last week where Hugo casually mentioned that he wanted to talk to someone (either Rachel or Lucinda, I can’t remember, whoever Brad was pursuing at the time) and get to know them, and Brad smirked/practically laughed at him and said “I dinnae think so mate” or something along those lines - anyway, the clear suggestion was a mocking “Why would she be interested in you if I’m here lol”. It was passed off as “banter” but that is exactly the sort of guy Brad is.

Also not sure how you can deny that he flat out lied about being interested in Rachel’s “dark features” and strung her along only to ditch her for the first blonde that wandered into his field of view. Yes it was her pick, and yes he had to play the game to an extent to stay, but he went low.

You can spot an ego a mile off and his is the biggest in there. He no way expected to be coming bottom last night.
