I'm doing good now - during the initial lockdown, not so good
Massive anxiety about everything - work, school, family etc etc. Was never scared of getting the virus but was anxious about everything it seemed to be destroying. I was furloughed pretty much straight away and that knocked me right off. Other than 6 months mat leave, I have never not worked since I left college and so i was at a loss of what to do.
I was having daily panic attacks - heart palpitations etc.
I got a grip of myself though and been fine since - now I'm back in work full time whilst juggling after school activities, sports etc I now wish I was still furloughed
