So, we have this family curse, where every time we go away on holiday in the car, we have car problems. These have included dead battery, window stuck (when down), a sticking clutch, a sticking accelerator pedal, amongst others…
…we’re away this week, and as we were about half way through the journey, I said “At least the new car has broken the curse!”.
Half an hour later we hit a ****ing MASSIVE pothole! Everything seemed fine, carried on the the holiday house, had another check, bulge in the tire side wall
. £130 for a new tire. The curse is clearly still with us. And I’m going to SUE THE COUNCIL. £130 for the tire and £2000 for emotional distress.
The car is only 6 months old so it was a practically new tire that got wrecked
