Sarah Everard murder: Wayne Couzens applies to appeal against whole-life sentence

[A Court of Appeal official said on
Wednesday: "An application (for permission to mount
an appeal against sentence) has been lodged."

When sentencing Couzens last month,
Lord Justice Fulford described the
