Cardiff’s ‘answer to the Mona Lisa’ which represented ‘diversity and inclusion’ has been PAINTED OVER by McDonalds to advertise their burger range.
The artwork , in the Butetown area of Cardiff, was created last spring, and has now been carefully covered by ‘
mustard yellow’ paint in preparation for the inclusion of a McDonald’s burger advert.
Stephen Doughty, local MP, angrily demanded to know what McDonalds ‘were thinking’, in a heated tweet today.
