Sexual harassment isn't necessarily about physical/sexual violence, although it could be an antecedent. It can be about intimidation or power for example, so just creating discomfort, unease, or a feeling of danger can be the goal.

I'm sure if some drunk bloke got on a train late at night and proceeded to spend his journey staring at a loved one, who phoned you up to meet her off the train because she had a bad feeling about this guy, you wouldn't tell say to her "he was only staring at you, chill out", you'd get your arse down to the station quick smart, as most of us would.

You underestimate the female...she would simply move carriages...


There would be no difference in the big brave man coming to rescue her..the only place he would be meeting her, would be her stop..only thing that would change that is if he wasnt arsed picking her up from the station, "late at night"
