I think offering women the comfort of knowing they they will be supported should these incidents happen is important. They shouldn't be unsure about whether they can report something/seek assistance if feeling vulnerable. versus worrying about over-reacting and putting themselves potentially in harms way. Obviously the prosecution element isn't going to happen, but a large number of the polled complaints were inappropriate body pressing, which obviously happens when big 'ard men like you are already on the train in packed carriages.
