I agree but on the other hand, there are several US/UK led invasions that involved all of that. Civilian deaths are deemed to be "actually the other side" or "unintentional collateral" but then, that's what Putin is telling Russia .

The uncomfortable reality of course is that all of these wars at the end of the day are about resources. I say that without moral judgement I suppose. We've been in a resources crisis for over half a century and what can any country really do but try to shelter their own people from the worst of it (which is coming within the next half century).
