If they really wanted away from it they would have lived private lives instead of churning out controversial interviews, books and podcasts, shouting out gimme gimme more attention than those old Royals! Waaagh!
Now, everything they do is scrutinised, they have become trashy tabloid fodder, because that is what they opened themselves up to. They are laughing stocks and with the exception of Prince Andrew, the most disliked ‘Royals’. They have it much worse now than they ever had it as part of the ‘Firm’.

Say what you want, every time we see Harry and Meghan they look happy and healthy, while William looks angry and stressed and Kate is nowhere to be found and is, by all accounts, extremely unwell. The facts speak for themselves.
