[A major incident has been declared after a school bus crashed in County Down in Northern Ireland. The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS) said it happened at Carrowdore and that "up to 70 passengers" were on board. It said: "NIAS has despatched multiple resources to the scene.
