…I was thinking about making a thread and then I found this one…

…I’m just starting my first watch of Schitt’s Creek…I did try to watch it once before and got as far as episode 5 of season one and then somehow got distracted…I also hadn’t felt really invested in the characters at that time either…

…anyway, I’ve started again from the beginning and still on season 1/around episode 6 or 7, I can’t recall which one of those…

…but I was thinking with the character of Moira Rose…

…when she was doing the promotion for the fruit wine, where did the English accent come into it…was that a character she had previously played and become famous for and so she was in that character for the wine ad…also, and probably completely overthinking it….but with her wig use and love as well…and also that kind of expensive fashion/clothing taste she has etc…was Moira Rose in any way inspired or influenced by the wonderful Joan Collins…
