So I bought an Android TV box last week for £45.00 on eBay. Brand new.
Anyway it was delivered but the remote control had one of the volume buttons missing. A sort of rubber button that is pushed in and can fall out. Luckily I don't use the android box remote volume buttons. So it didn't matter really. I use the TV volume instead. Everything else was fully working. Anyway I thought I'd send a message to the seller just to tell him what happened. About 3am I got a reply that said 'customer dear, we apologise for your inconvenience and express our sincere regret you had troubles. Please accept a full refund. £45.00 will be paid into your account. You don't have to return any of our products. Please dispose of it. Sincerely. What the... I never even asked for a refund. Weird. |
