Oh yes. And very common. I took a 3-day course with the hubs at police academy (as a guest to the instructor bc I'm a spouse) because there's enough of them in our area that they need a good enough social education in dealing with that element.

I really loved the story about the FBI agent calling to question an expert as to whether a coconut that had offerings in it was a possible bomb or not.
