i might be reading into this too much but on the floor there is something that suggests it could come away from the floor adding into the lift rumours? there is definitely space above the pod for a new room or even the pod lifts up and theres another small staircase going down into another room of some sort. maybe head of household which is another rumour? then again it could just be the door threshold
