Hello, For all those who want to die t/ diet can come here. :P.
Basically, if you're trying to lose weight and finding it difficult, here is a place to write down what you ate that day / get tips on how to make it more balanced / what you need to do to excersise / your goals...
and then say how much weight you've lost/gained [only do this ONCE a week and at the same time on the same day to be accurate. and you don't have to say your weight, just if you've lost any]
Also, I'm going to hold interviews with a different TiBB member every Sunday about how they're getting on with food / eating disorders they may have had / image problems. I think it will help everybody see that we're not alone here, I suppose.
