hmm yeah I need to cut down my carbs.
I'll aim for Fruit + Water tommorrow though, I want to ease into healthy eating, not like the NY diet where i basically died

hmm like when i attempted 2 4 6 diet,i changed it to 6 8 10 though and still nearly passed out every day

Which is NOT good. We're encouraging healthy eating and being fit and sexy and slim[mer] on here through SENSIBLE ways.
I know I just find it easier when i go to extremes but then again its v ungealthy and i just put it ona gain when i stop anyway
though i do have to say the NY diet was a good boost, even if i did feel like ****
