That impressive with the prices these days,
we shop at asda and for 4 of us it can be anything from 90 - 140 pound a week.
But then some weeks we spend like 14 pound on slim fast at that and we buy loads of meat..

i buy larger packs of mince etc so they go for more than one meal so i can freeze portions and so on
