At about 6 secs its defenitley screaming, or screeching of some sort.It seems like a "Nooooo" sound. Maybe they are messing with our heads, like the whispers of the BB9 ads.

And just noticed another thing, at 14-15 secs it sounds like something is taking off, like a jet as someone above said or a car, like a kind of "Woooosh" sound or a blow sound.
