Default Hollywood Beckons For Lesley

Well, Hollywood, Hereford, perhaps.

Lesley has been cast in a new film entitled Six Bend Trap, from Ironopolis Films (nothing to do with Avid Merrion, apparently). Her fellow 'stars' already cast include two blokes called Martin Owen and Vin Garbutt, Brookside's Barry Grant, Corrie's Tommy Harris, topless tarts Cathy Barry, Jodie Marsh, Linsey Dawn Mc.Kenzie & Jo Guest, Dave 'I'm hard, me' Courtney, Gemma Taylor - the runner-up from UK's Stongest Woman, 'comedy' duo and double glazing advertisers Cannon & Ball, Emmerdale's Mandy Dingle, Keith Harris and Cuddles The Monkey (poor Orville), and Sting ... the greyhound. Pete Posslethwaite, Ray Winston and, erm, Abi Titmus have also been approached. Coming straight to video near you, soon.

Another date for your diary: "I will be singing live on stage at Denby Dale Festival on 20th August in front of thousands of people alongside the likes of Lisa Scott Lee." I can't wait.
