EastEnders sisters Ronnie and Roxy bury father Archie - and find a kid brother they never knew they had.

Evil Archie got bumped off on Christmas Day. And a floppy-haired lad, turns up at his funeral and tells the girls: "You just buried my dad too."

Danny Mitchell, played by Liam Bergin, 24, is the secret son of Archie and Glenda, who was pregnant with him when she fled Albert Square.

A show source said: "Danny shocks Ronnie and Roxy.

They realise Glenda didn't just run off for herself but also for her unborn son.

She didn't want her manipulative husband to control another of her children."

Danny is a lovable charmer, but he's soon making trouble.

Show boss Diederick Santer said: "He is an enigma. Is he simply a kid brother, keen to get to know his exciting big sisters? Or is he after something else?"

Actor Liam, who has been in Doctors and Minder, told TV Biz: "The first time I walked into Albert Square and saw the Queen Vic was a very special moment."
