My mate Google found him.. Fek knows where from but Fallout 3 have many monsters and mutants like him roaming the vast waste lands.. And HUGE FEKING SPIDERS, ANTS AND MOLE RATS.. And many many more creeps, oh and raiders, bandits.. Vile evil world, but some towns are ok and Washington DC is a mess!
