I auditioned at London over the weekend and got through to round two.
First time around I was rejected due to a bust up between two auditionees resulting in only 1 person being 'stamped' and leaving the rest of us somewhat bewildered. Second time round got through after being more 'assertive' only to be interviewed and rejected in stage 2. What have I learnt? That the BB audition process doesn't get the best out of people. (I auditioned the day before for a completely different show and that was ALOT of fun! It was relaxed with a few good games where your personality can shine through). The only good thing that came from the day was meeting a complete stranger in the morning and leaving later in the day making a new friend. I know the show spans over a long period of time but the conditions of the audition were very poor. After the 2nd round involving the camera interview there was still a long wait with no access to refreshments. Why ask people to walk up some stairs only to return back down them after being told "Sorry guys I'll be blunt you haven't got through. You've done well to get to this stage though'. After the interview if you aren't successful why can't you just be told to leave there and then and therefore less time is wasted? Maybe my OCD is coming through and the need to organise...hence why not being picked in the first instance! LOL Anyhow Big Brother...good luck with your show. Your loss..you could have had me and now you can't even if you tried paying me! |
