I wasnt quite sure what she meant about 'The Secret' when she was talking about it on launch night, however shes been talking about it on LF with Shabby and Caoimhe and it sounds like a good motivational technique.

The idea that you will get what you ask for, so if youre negative about something, for example saying 'I wont make it', then you wont, but if you say 'I will make it' and stay positive; you have more chance to. I often doubt myself and feel negative about things so I might just give this a go.

Ife seems quite knowledgeable like Ben and genuinely a nice woman, shame shes getting involved with a bit of bitching because the people she hangs with are. At night her, Shabby and Caoimhe make a great trio with interesting convos.
