JJ obviously didn't have the intent to physically inflict damage on Sunshine, the graze/cut/thing was an accidental result of what was meant to be play-fighting/a bit of fun, etc etc
Besides she did provoke him, knowing that he would attempt to throw her in the pool if she threw the water over him
If Sunshine was
that bothered about it, she would have
asked the police to be involved - she is an adult after all and can make her own decisions
But to even think of getting the police involved in something as insignificant as this when there are far worse crimes happening all over the place is a complete joke in my opinion
It's something that can be sorted with a plaster and a "sorry", not a criminal record
