I would also suggest for ease that you just use decimal odds which will be most understandable for more people (the lower the number the more favoured to go).

Rachel 11/8 (2.37)

The trand since opening has been for Dave to become marginally more of a favourite (now odds-on), Rachel's position to remain static in 2nd place, and John'd odds to drift slightly.
