They didn't executive produce that one, but they produced some songs on there.

I think Teresa LeBarbara Whites was the executive producer for Circus, along with Larry Rudolph. Max Martin produced If U Seek Amy, and Dr. Luke did Circus, Lace and Leather, and Shattered Glass.
