There is a possibility though no one saw anything transphobic in his curiousity and simply put it down to just that curiousity, a little distasteful.

If they start admitting he did ask the other girls whether Nadia had a penis, the witchhunters would jump on any footage claiming ALL Nadia's claims must be true and BB is operating a coverup.
