I think there should be a new Forum created in "Non Big Brother Chat"
Call it e.g. 'Computer Related Chat' or something similar - Jessica's thread "The Computer Help Thread" could be moved to this Forum and would not be so hard to find or slip into obscurity. It would also be a way of classifying questions and/or problems without having to trawl though pages of problems before finding the one you want.
