I can imagine a sort of CBB7 vibe or BB9 bathroom sort of tone. The Daily Star says there'll be lots of fun and games so I keep thinking of those sort of Party Poker ads

No, it comes from the latin dēcadentia meaning falling away, as does the word decay (hence 'deca'), however someone who is said to be decadent is someone who is self-indulgent (i.e. enjoys their luxuries) as decadence is a term usually applied to a decline in personal and societal morals (which self-indulgence is viewed by many as).
From the context it was used in they appeared to be referring to moral decadence (i.e. that the house will be full of guilty pleasures) but it could mean the opposite since it's referring to the houses' interior design.
