X Factor contestant Terry Winstanley has criticised Louis Walsh for not spending enough time with his category.
The Over 25s judge was seen on last week's episode telling his acts that he wants to "get the best out of them", but Winstanley claims they were left to fend for themselves at Judges' Houses.
"Louis doesn't give a toss about us, he was useless," Winstanley told The People. "We saw him three times - when he *welcomed us to Barcelona, when we sang and for his final decision. He gave us no advice, no inspiration at all. That's not a mentor.
"I sent him loads of emails, and barely heard a few words back. When he eventually *replied on email about our song choices, he told us to make our own *decision about what we wanted to sing. Not exactly what he's said in front of the cameras."
Walsh was helped at Judges' Houses by Sinitta, who is said to have replaced Adele at the last minute.
Winstanley continued: "Sinitta joined Louis to listen to our songs, but she barely said anything at all. It was very obvious the two of them had no time for each other. It was pathetic. The X Factor should have got rid of Louis and kept Dannii Minogue, or even Cheryl [Cole]."
He concluded by saying that contestants are put under immense pressure and forced to film from 6.30am to 3am "because it makes great TV".
