How to do a 'Gone of Aaron thread' (a gift to Alex/ Jay fans)

Your handy cut out and keep guide.

Step 1 - keep a low profile for a few days in the hope that other members forget you support Jay, Tom or Alex
Step 2 - come up with some guff about how you watched last nights show and you have gone off Aaron

Hey presto

PS Step 3 is hope and pray no-one looks up your thread history
