Is it because "black culture" is predominant in most places now and people are getting pissed? I don't want to raise a child where the world is going to revert back to openly racist ways.  in the paper i saw ukrainians say if black or asians show up for the football hell wold break loose I'm beginning to notice more and more I just have to walk and some give me the evil eyes.
