So you can use a word, but take issue when I use it in the same context. That makes sense.... to you I guess.
I don't mind that designers use thin, skinny, emaciated, gaunt or otherwise underweight women. The clothes hang beautifully on them and that's the idea - because they are models. The largest group who does seem to have a problem with skinny models seems to be overweight women who want to see more of their kind modelling. Putting designer clothes on fat women isn't going to do
anything for the clothes... although it might make little girls think, Christ, I don't want to look like
that.
