And maybe more of an effort in sex education. My first lessons weren't until I was about 11, which seems quite old really. A lot of the playground mentality, giggling at boobs or whatever  , could be done away with by approaching it scientifically.
(I'm clutching at straws because I don't think there is a solution to the problem  )

At this stage of the game: I don't see there being a solution to the problem either - it's out there now, the 'world' can't take the internet back so to speak and parents see laptops/iphones/ipads as something kids should have - which all have great benefits and advantages.
Like the kids who nicked the Dad's porn mags, like the kids who bunked off and everyone went round to someone's house in the afternoon coz 'John' had a porno and everyone wanted to watch it and see what it was all about
: the same happens now: but only on a far more widely, far more unrestricted basis.
